TF1 & Bouygues Immobilier: favouring employment through work-study programmes

Bouygues Immobilier and the TF1 group are working to help people with disabilities join the job world by using work-study training programmes as a stepping stone to professional integration. To that end, the two companies are co-launching a work-study recruitment drive, including apprenticeship and professionalization contracts, in autumn 2014. The campaign, organised in partnership with Cap Emploi, targets people with disabilities, either students or adults making a professional career change.

Opportunities are available in fields including marketing, human resources, finance, administration and IT. Bouygues Immobilier and TF1 are proposing numerous opportunities in a broad range of professions in the audiovisual and property development sectors. 

The recruitment process 
1 – Applications reviewed by our partner Cap Emploi through 30 April; 
2 – Information and interview preparation day on 14 May; 
3 – Interviews with shortlisted applicants, job-dating style, on 3 June;
4 – Final applicant selection following a two-week course on the proposed job, in June; 
5 – Successful applicants begin their work-study programme in September/October.
