Conferences, workshops, personal development sessions, coaching, dinners with inspiring personalities – more than 60 events have been organized to date for FIFTY-FIFTY’s 200 members, a program made possible through a partnership with the Professional Women’s Network, an association committed to promoting women’s career advancement. By maintaining its focus on diversity as a unifying theme, FIFTY-FIFTY has become an innovative force on social networks. The network now has more than 20% male members and includes 3 representatives from the TF1 Executive Committee. On October 1, 2016, the network will renew its agreement with PWN and plans to offer its members more than a hundred workshops, culminating in the second annual inter-network conference entitled “The Digital Revolution: An Opportunity for Diversity.
