After the sudden stop at Round of 16 competition due to the health crisis, the UEFA Champions League will make a great return  from 7 August for the continuation of the competition, until the final which will played on Sunday 23 August at 9:00 p.m. at the Luz Stadium in Lisbon.

TF1 offers the final of the most prestigious of European football competitions, in exclusivity free-to-air, commented by the famous duo Grégoire MARGOTTON and Bixente LIZARAZU.

As far as the French teams are concerned,  Olympique Lyonnais will face Juventus Turin in the round of 16 second-leg on August . They had won the first leg 1-0 at home.  Paris Saint-Germain will open the quarter-final ball on August 12 against Atalanta Bergamo, following the result of the draw for this "Final 8" which will be played in knockout matches. This schedule can give hope for a Ligue 1 club presence in this final, a first since AS Monaco in 2004.

As a reminder, four teams have already qualified for the quarter-finals: Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig, Atalanta Bergamo and Atlético Madrid. In addition to Olympique Lyonnais and Juventus de Turin, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona, Napoli and Chelsea are still in the running for the quarter-finals.

Following an agreement with RMC Sport, the exclusive broadcaster for France of the UEFA Champions League for the period 2018-2021, TF1 will provide free-to-air coverage of the final on 23 August.
