APPOINTMENT

Jean-François LANCELIER, Executive Vice President of Broadcasting, Programmes and Production at the TF1 group, has named Fabrice BAILLY as Head of Programming at TF1.

The new position extends his present responsibilities to include French Drama.

Working alongside Fabrice BAILLY:
- Yann LABASQUE, deputy head of youth programming,
- Nathalie LAURENT, artistic director for French drama,
- Sophie LEVEAUX, artistic director for international acquisitions and developments,
- Angela LORENTE, head of reality TV and development,
- and Matthieu VERGNE, head of games and entertainment,

will continue their missions.

Commenting, Jean-François LANCELIER said: "Fabrice BAILLY has made a considerable contribution to the renewal of TF1 programmes over the last few seasons. His recognised expertise and extensive experience in acquiring and producing audiovisual content are key assets for the TF1 channel. I am delighted to entrust him with these new responsibilities and wish him every success at the programmes department."

Fabrice BAILLY, 45, joined TF1 in 1992 at the acquisitions department. In 2001 he was successively Managing Director of TF6 and Série Club, and in 2006 was named Managing Director of TMC. He returned to TF1 in 2009 as Head of Non Scripted Programmes. His responsibilities were broadened in 2011 as Head of Artistic Acquisitions. In 2012 he also became head of children's programmes. Fabrice BAILLY is a graduate of HEC.
