Developing your talent…

Stretching our people and enabling them to fulfil their potential is a priority for us. We will support you and help you develop your talents. Here’s how we do it:

  • An intensive induction programme: 

    Your induction programme starts well before your first day at work. Before you even start, you will be supported by one of our HR people and by our Talent Development unit. Once you begin work, you will attend an induction course, including visits to our TV studios and innovation showroom, with information about who we are and what we do.

  • Continuing education with the TF1 University:

    The TF1 University offers tailored professional training to each member of staff. In 2015, more than 70% of us received vocational training. Early in 2016, we opened a brand-new dedicated TF1 University zone in our headquarters building, helping us deliver even better training courses.

  • Career development

    Supporting you on your career path is a key part of our human resources policy. Our HR department has a person wholly devoted to internal job transfers. She works closely with HR managers and line managers to match job opportunities with each individual’s aspirations.
