Born in 1960, Arnaud Bosom holds a Masters in Information Systems and Telematics. He started his career in 1984 with the TV channel France 3, where he worked as an IT project manager in the administrative and financial department.
In 1987, he was appointed Head of IT Systems and Logistics at the arts channel La Sept.
In 1991, he was appointed Director of Programming at ARTE, the Franco-German arts channel based in Strasbourg.
Arnaud Bosom joined TF1 in 1995 as Director of Production and Operations. Three years later, he was appointed the channel’s Technical Director. In September 2003, he was promoted to Director of Technology and Internal Resources.
He was named Chairman of e-TF1 and Director of New Media in January 2007. In that role he was in charge of internet, mobile and interactivity developments.
In January 2010, he was appointed Executive Vice President of the TF1 group with responsibility for Strategy, Organisation and Marketing.
In October 2012, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Organisation.
In February 2016, Arnaud Bosom was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He is in charge of talent development, employee relations and human resources policy, and oversees the Group’s actions in the field of corporate social responsibility.
In May 2018, he extended his responsibilities to include the Group’s Technical and IT divisions.
