The TF1 group promotes the creativity and involvement of its employees by improving their skills, notably through training, encouraging their professional development, and offering them an excellent work environment. The Group is also committed to an active policy of Equal Opportunity and Diversity, with particular emphasis on the criteria of sex, age, disability and ethnic and cultural origins.
We have a responsibility to encourage and support our employees throughout their careers. Our commitment is expressed through:
- A career management policy (mobility, training, etc.);
- A family policy, formalised in collective agreements concluded by the company;
- An agreeable work environment (subsidised canteen, services in the company, fitness centre, etc.);
- Social protection and housing assistance.

Our approach as a responsible employer is also demonstrated in the active dialogue with employees conducted through their representative bodies, with respect for the independence and multiplicity of trade unions. These bodies are involved in a spirit of cooperation and negotiation whenever the Group carries out major initiatives (e.g. regarding workplace health and safety, company agreements, compensation policy, etc.).
Equal opportunity and the fight against discrimination After signing the Diversity Charter on 11 January 2010, TF1 became the first group to obtain the Diversity label, which was awarded to it on 14 December 2010. This label is formal recognition by an independent organisation, AFNOR Certification, of the compliance and effectiveness of our policies and procedures regarding equal treatment and prevention of discrimination in hiring, career management, training, communication, and relations with our customers and suppliers.
