The TF1 group wins a new award for its social responsibility policy

The TF1 group ranked joint second* in the 2016 Gaïa Index. The Gaïa Index comprises the 70 companies having obtained the best scores in non-financial analysis carried out in 2016 by the Gaïa Index agency. The overall panel was composed of 230 mid-cap companies listed on the Paris stock exchange.

The analysis concerns governance (bodies in place, CSR policy and business management), human resources (labour policy, working conditions, skills development, equal opportunities, health and safety) and the environment (environmental policy and management system, energy and carbon, water, air, soil and waste), as well as relationships with stakeholders.

On the basis of information published by the companies in their annual reports and on their corporate websites, together with a questionnaire, the companies are rated on their transparency and performance.

TF1 has been listed on the index since 2010, despite the fact that the prerequisites are constantly growing in number and complexity.

In addition, on October 4 the Group won the 2016 "Grand Prix de la Diversité" award for the third consecutive year.  

TF1 is also listed on other highly demanding sustainable development and social responsibility indices, including Oekom, DJSI Europe and World, and Ethibel.

The result acknowledges the Group's constant efforts in this area, driven by all its departments.
