The TF1 group ranked 25 in the Ethics & Board 2016 international observatory of governance at listed companies, making it the number-one media group out of the 120 companies listed on the SBF 120.

The 2016 Ethics & Board results were announced on November 15, 2016 in the presence of Laurence Rossignol, French Minister of the Family, Children and Women's Rights. The rankings are attributed on the basis of the number of women in governance bodies (including boards of directors and executive committees) and the implementation of company networks.

Among the 120 large companies listed on the SBF 120, the TF1 group finished 25th, moving up 35 places on 2015 and becoming the number-one media group in the rankings.

"I am very happy about this result," said Arnaud Bosom, Executive Vice President, Human Resources and CSR at the TF1 group. "First of all, because gender equality is naturally a question of social justice. And also because this equality, and diversity as a whole, are drivers of creativity and performance at the TF1 group and elsewhere."
