Fifty-Fifty, the TF1 women's network celebrates first birthday!

Since the creation of the network in September 2015, the three founders of Fifty-Fifty have sought to organise or take part in a range of campaigns and events on the theme of diversity. Through a partnership with the Professional Women's Network (PWN)*, the 200 members of Fifty-Fifty have been able to take part in over 60 events thus far, ranging from conferences, workshops and personal development to coaching and dinners with inspiring figures.

Fifty-Fifty has become an influential and innovative network in the social networks, largely because its unifying theme is diversity. Network membership is over 20% male and includes three members of the TF1 Executive Committee.

On October 1, 2016, the network will be renewing its agreement with PWN, with the scheduling of over 100 workshops for members. And in early December it will be organising the second inter-network conference, this year entitled "The digital revolution: an opportunity for diversity."
