ACQUISITION DE METRO FRANCE

Conformément au communiqué de presse du 30 juin 2011, et après avis favorable des instances représentatives du personnel concernées, le groupe TF1 annonce avoir finalisé ce jour l'acquisition des 65,7 % du capital de Metro France détenus par Metro International, ce qui porte à 100 % la participation de TF1.

Cette activité produira ses effets dans les comptes du groupe TF1 à partir du troisième trimestre de l'année 2011.

ACQUISITION OF METRO FRANCE

As indicated in the press release of June 30, 2011, and following a favourable opinion from the relevant employee representative bodies, the TF1 Group announces that it has today finalised the acquisition of the 65.7% interest in Metro France held by Metro International, raising TF1's interest to 100%.

The results of operations of Metro France will be reflected in the TF1 Group's financial statements from the third quarter of 2011 onwards.
