Conseil d’Etat ruling on the appeal to cancel the Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel decision of July 29, 2014

LCI takes note of the decision of the Conseil d’Etat (State Council) cancelling the July 29, 2014 refusal by the French broadcasting authority (CSA) of its request to migrate to free-to-air television.

LCI will now approach the CSA to review the courses of action to be taken regarding the decision
