Launch of share buyback programme

As part of the share buyback programme announced when the 2014 full-year results were published on February 19, 2015, and in accordance with the approval granted by the Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2015, TF1 announces that it has engaged an independent financial services provider in connection with the repurchase of TF1 shares (ISIN: FR0000054900) with a view to their cancellation.

Throughout the programme, the Company will keep the markets informed on a regular basis about the shares that have been repurchased, in accordance with the currently applicable regulations.
