The TF1 group wins 2015 Diversity award

At the 10th edition of the French "Trophées de la Diversité" awards, organised by the HR consulting firm Diversity Conseil RH, the TFI group received the 2015 "Prix de la Diversité" award in the "recruitment/integration" category for the innovative approach of the TF1 Fondation to support the social and professional integration of young people from deprived neighbourhoods.

For Arnaud Bosom, Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Organisation, TF1 Group, this was a tremendous achievement. "We are delighted to have received this award, which gives recognition for the Group's social commitment, which began eight years ago. The TF1 Foundation aims to promote the employability of young people from underprivileged areas, whether within or outside the Group. We are proud to have worked with over a hundred young people, 76% of whom are currently in employment."

Every year, since 2007, the TF1 Foundation has welcomed twelve young people from the target neighbourhoods of the Ministry of Urban Affairs. Over a period of two years, they are able to benefit from professional training within the Group

This approach is aimed at helping these people to integrate the workplace and developing their employability. To attract applicants, the TF1 Foundation has set up an innovative recruitment process based on:

- a network of neighbourhood associations, educational establishments and local institutions,

- an initial selection on the basis of video CVs, so that applicants are evaluated according to their personality (in contrast with the usual selection criteria).

All of the actions carried out by the TF1 Foundation reflect the Group's proactive policy with regard to diversity.
