Staying in close touch with audiences is key to our communication policy. TF1 is not only a leading media company that offers viewers a compelling mix of entertainment. We have also harnessed new technologies to remain close and accessible to ordinary people, who can debate and discuss with us whenever they want.

TF1 & Vous is a cornerstone of that policy, providing an opportunity to question us on a whole range of topics and follow recent developments. Viewers can also ask questions and dialogue live online with the channel’s star presenters online.

The Viewer Relations department has been overhauled to enable an ongoing dialogue between TF1 and its viewers, further facilitated by our Facebook fan pages and Twitter account.

And at least once a month TF1 hits the road, touring France to meet with audiences all over the country. Organised jointly with the TF1 Foundation, these meetings allow the Group’s representatives and stars to interact with viewers of all ages. When we say “See you on TF1”, we really mean it!
