TF1’s Audience Relations Department was contacted more than 200,000 times in 2010.
The way we relate to our viewers is a key concern, so we decided to set up a department dedicated to customers and viewers of TF1, LCI, TMC and NT1.
In April 2009 we opened a special area (TF1 & Vous) on the TF1.fr website so that viewers could dialogue with our team. They can send in suggestions and opinions and ask questions at any time, with no holds barred. In addition to this online channel they can contact us by phone and postal mail.
When France switched to nationwide digital broadcasting, we set up a technical unit to help and advise viewers and answer their questions by phone, postal mail, email or online at TF1.fr (Recevoir TF1).
The aims of our Viewers Relations staff are to respond quickly, give relevant answers and secure the loyalty of customers and viewers. Day by day we strive to build relationships based on understanding, trust and high standards.
