TF1 organises first Professions and Mobility Forum

The Group held its first Professions and Mobility Forum on 28 September. The aim of the Forum, open to all employees and to schools, was to present the broad range of professions at the Group and answer questions on training and mobility.

 

Operational staff and Human Resources managers welcomed visitors on 17 stands organised by professional area :
- Purchasing, Administration, Communication, Accounting/Management/Finance, Documentation,
- Information, IT, Legal, Marketing/Strategy/Organisation, Internal Resources, Production, Programming/Broadcasting, Human Resources, Secretariat, Audiovisual Techniques, Sales, Web.

A Mobility stand provided comprehensive information on the procedures to follow and the resources available to staff. The Training stand showcased materials that could be used to support a professional project.

The event was also an opportunity to invite 50 school partners, who were pleased to be hosted by the company and talk with operational staff. They were particularly interested in the Group's policy on diversity and disabilities. Overheard at the Forum:
- "The format was great for learning more about the specific professions at TF1."
- "The format was original and I really appreciated getting to talk with operational staff."
