TF1 Corporate Foundation

The TF1 Corporate Foundation supports individual or collective actions in projects related to TF1 group's businesses or events.

TF1 Foundation - the foundations for success!

• to fight all forms of discrimination
• socially integrate young people from disadvantaged areas
• promote ties between young people and businesses
• commit the company to helping young people with their personal and professional projects.

The issues

The Foundation's actions are part of TF1 group's overall approach and deal with two of the group's sustainable development commitments :

• 1.to carry out innovative actions of solidarity
• 2.to promote equal opportunities.

The target

Urban youth aged between 18-30 for professional projects, and between 12-17 for learning about the group (see the mapping by the Ministry for Urban Policy). Our main focus is on:

• 1.promoting the professional integration of young people in our company;
• 2.encouraging contacts between our employees and students;
• 3.organising visits and internships at TF1 for secondary school pupils;
• 4.arranging for group employees to sponsorship a high school pupil.
