In an effort to create an excellent working environment for the entire staff, TF1 implements an employee relations policy that goes well beyond statutory obligations. The policy has four main thrusts: foster equal opportunities within the company (diversity, gender equality, integration of disabled and older workers), maintain a high standard of employee relations, support employees throughout their career, and encourage involvement in community-based action.
