Our CSR reporting according to the GRI G4 Index

We use the international guidelines of the *Global Reporting Initiative for our CSR report since 2014, addressing non-financial analysts and CSR experts.

We decided to use the GRI G4 Index for its comprehensiveness and relevance, and because it enables comparisons with the reporting of other media companies around the world. The GRI guidelines used take account of our specific role as a content producer and distributor.

To produce the reporting in respect of GRI recommendations, the report was preceded by a "materiality study" identifying TF1’s key issues based on the opinions of its internal and external stakeholders. Materiality study is now a permanent on line survey. (in french only)

*About the Global Reporting Initiative
The Global Reporting Initiative was launched in the late 1990s with a view to making non-financial (or sustainable) reporting a standard practice on a par with financial reporting, with a focus on comparability, credibility, rigour and the verifiability of the information provided. GRI guidelines, developed by a network of professionals and organisations from a broad array of sectors, are now used worldwide. The GRI has formed partnerships with the United Nations Environmental Program, the Global Compact, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and the ISO.
