Our CSR report in the registration document

As a listed company, TF1 has since 2003 annually disclosed its social and environmental information in its registration document.

On 24 April 2012, with Decree No. 2012-557 of the Grenelle 2 Act, the regulatory requirements of listed and unlisted companies regarding their sustainable development policies were reinforced and they are now required to:

  • publish an employment, environmental and social review concerning a list of imposed topics**;
  • have the review inspected by a third party.

TF1’s response to the requirements of the Grenelle 2 Act are to be found in Chapter 7 of the Group’s 2015 Registration Document, focused on the Group’s corporate social responsibility policy. The environmental, employment and social information included in the chapter was inspected by Ernst & Young Certification and obtained a moderate level of assurance.

TF1 also disclosed in the 2015 Registration Document, its first "Integrated Report".
