TF1 hosts the « Dare equality » reception

As a committed company, TF1 addresses disability in the core of its diversity policy. The group signed its 3rd disability agreement in March 2014.

The “Dare Equality” reception hosted by TF1 was attended by Nonce Paolini. The association works hand in hand with TF1’s “Disability Mission” for professional integration for disabled young people .

The aim of this event is to create a dialogue thanks to contributions from young people about their internships or apprenticeship.

The evening was crowded:

- Disabled young people with the association,
- Member companies of the associations (Orange, Thales, SNCF, Radio France, Cap Gemini…),
-Institutions: Agefip, Direccte, CSA, Cap employ, the Ministry of employment and integration of the disabled delegate,
- Disabled children’s parents (including TF1 employees)
- Trainees, trainers, schools,
- Members of TF1’s CHSCT and TF1 group’s diversity-disability referents

About the association “Dare equality”

The association Dare equality was launched in 2008, in Brittany (French region of Bretagne) by the French National Education. Assisting disabled secondary and high school pupils as well as students through their academic career, the association is funded by public partners (mostly the National Education, youth and associational life Ministry). Dare equality also helps with their professional integration.
