The TF1 Foundation signs a new partnership agreement

Created in 2007 and ran by Samira Djouadi, the TF1 Foundation signed, on 19 December 2014, a new convention with the Town, Youth and Sports minister, Patrick Kanner and the Val-d’Oise prefect, Sylvie Feucher, in order to promote occupational integration for disadvantaged neighbourhood’s youth to the company.
Those new agreements follow a previous convention signed in 2009 with the Seine-Saint-Denis Departmental Council.

TF1 CEO Nonce Paolini declares himself “happy about the signature of agreements that will facilitate our actions among young people. TF1’s ambition through the Foundation, its Solidarity Comity and its Diversity Label, is to actively contribute to promotion of disadvantaged neighbourhoods’ youth.”

In 7 years, the TF1 Foundation has welcomed 75 young people from 18 to 30 in all company branches.

Over the years, the Foundation has created numerous partnerships regarding equal opportunities and has engaged in concrete actions such as:
- the creation of a fiction and writing workshop in close collaboration with Alain Pancrazi (PM Production), the HD1 channel and TF1’s artistic direction for French Fiction;
- a partnership with “Talents Optimistes” (“Optimistic talents”) in order to widen our students network in exchange for the HR skills we can offer them ;
- a partnership with the French American Foundation;
- numerous oral presentations in universities, “priority areas” or symposiums;
- a partnership with the “Bondy Blog” in close collaboration with Nordine Nabili, one of the founders, which allows us to widen our recruitment and new talents researches.
