Maxence, 6, was born with no right hand. He was equipped on Monday with a 3D printed prosthesis. 3D printing technology is cheap and fun but doesn’t benefit from medical authorisation.
Since 2013, an American foundation, e-NABLE, launched a one-of-a-kind philanthropic network: connecting 3D owners with disabled children's families. More than 1500 prosthetics were already provided through the platform.
