Disability: a shared concern

Disability: a shared concern

The Group agreement in favour of integrating and maintaining people with disabilities in the company was renewed for 3 years: 2015-2015-2016. The first year of this agreement revealed positive outcomes in addition to a growing will for the Mission Actions Handicap to act for the most fragile among us. On 31 December 2014, the Group employs 68 people with disabilities out of which 60 have a permanent contract.

Disabilities and block release training

We also put a lot into block and release training as a way of professionalizing disabled employees. For the 3rd consecutive year, we are organising job dating with Cap emploi and offering twenty or so positions in varied fields such as marketing, graphic design, editing, the digital field, human resources…

Specific time off for employees with disabled children

This three year arrangement includes the creation of a specific 5 days leave divisible in half-day leaves for employees with disabled children. Those new measures allowed 6 employees to inform the Mission Actions Handicap of their situation.
