Creation of the diversity network: #Fiftyfiftytf1

The aim of the FIFTY FIFTY company diversity network is to raise awareness of the links between gender diversity and performance, empower women and develop methods for improving company performance. 

The values of the network are solidarity, open-mindedness, goodwill, sharing, creativity and humour.

FIFTY FIFTY has signed an agreement with the Professional Women’s Network (PWN), which counts 900 members in France and 3,500 worldwide, including 90 nationalities and presence in 24 cities. Through the agreement, the TF1 group becomes the leading media partner of the PWN network. The members of FIFTY FIFTY can thus take part in conferences, workshops, discussion and inspiration forums as well as in meetings with other major companies. The signature of the contract with PWN confirms FIFTY FIFTY’s values and conviction that gender diversity is one of the keys to performance.

The result of more global thinking on gender diversity initiatives to be led at the Group, the FIFTY FIFTY diversity network was launched in June 2015 and today has nearly 130 members, 20% of them men.
