The Petits Princes organisation makes the dreams of severely ill children and teenagers come true.

As part of its involvement in the project, the TF1 group contributed all of its expertise to the production of a film telling the touching story of Célia, a nine-year-old girl who lived her dream of going for a dog-sled ride at Club Med's Pragelato Vialattea village in Italy.  The film concludes with a call for donations to the Petits Princes organisation to help it to continue its work with sick children.
