Since it was created in 2008, the TF1 Foundation's scope has been the promotion of occupational integration and training for youth from "Politique de la ville" areas (deprived neighbourhoods) to the company. The 9th promotion of 11 young people hired this year will join the company for the next two years.

From March to May, candidates had to send a video CV to apply for a study training program. Selected candidates are invited for an interview and a one-day at TF1 head offices. This year, on June 14th, candidates could participate in make up and stylishness animations.
